Job description:
- Report to Proposal manager
- Work on Quantity Surveyor related matters with minimum guidance
- Responsible for the full suite of Quantity Surveyor duties, from tender to pre-contract, post contract administration duties such as: review of contracts, quantity take-offs, preparing bills of quantities, sourcing and selecting of subcontractors
- prepare tender documentations, cost reports and cost plans; administer tender process; evaluate tenders and submit tender recommendation reports.
- Review and prepare process of payment for subcontractor
- Prepare progress claim and variation order claim etc.
Requirements
- Recognized Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Civil, Mechanical & Electrical Engineering
- Preferably for Civil QS with oil & gas experiences
- Fresh graduates are also welcome to apply.
- Strong technical background with sound knowledge of pre and post contract duties
- Good working knowledge of forms/conditions of contract
- Able to work independently and be a good team player as well.
