Summary:
- Basic up to $2900
- Variable bonus

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team up to 5paxs of retail staffs for daily operations
- Plan duty roster and sales targets for staff
- Maintain Visual Display and Merchandising of retail store according to company’s standard
- Guide staff on POS and cashiering transaction
- Conduct on-the-job training and customer service training for the retail staff
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports
- Other related ad hoc duties
Key Requirements:
- At least 2 years of supervisory experience in retail industry
