Job Description:

  • We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales & Marketing Executive to join our team. This role requires a strong ability to build customer relationships, drive sales strategies, and oversee marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales and Customer Relationship Management:

  • Develop tailored solutions to meet customer needs and improve competitiveness.
  • Build strong, long-term relationships with clients to enhance customer loyalty.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities and product lines to drive revenue growth.

Strategic Planning and Performance:

  • Establish and review sales performance metrics aligned with organizational goals.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to shape customer attraction and retention strategies.
  • Create vertical business plans to expand into new market sectors.

Marketing and Product Development:

  • Develop and implement marketing plans, including product branding and promotional activities.
  • Lead new product development initiatives, including OEM products, and manage follow-ups.
  • Coordinate with regulatory bodies to ensure compliance in product registration.
  • Work with creative agencies to create impactful campaigns and materials.

Operational Coordination:

  • Monitor and address gaps in the delivery of services to clients.
  • Optimize resource allocation to support business growth.
  • Prepare and review sales proposals and tender documents.

Presentations and Market Engagement:

  • Conduct sales presentations to clients and stakeholders, showcasing the company’s products and services.

Requirements:

  • Language Proficiency: Fluency in English, Mandarin, Malay, and Indonesian to communicate effectively with a diverse regional clientele.
  • Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the retail or pharmaceutical sector.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects.

Preferred:

  • Background in pharmacy or pharmaceutical sales will be advantageous.
