Key Responsibilities:
Sales and Customer Relationship Management:
- Develop tailored solutions to meet customer needs and improve competitiveness.
- Build strong, long-term relationships with clients to enhance customer loyalty.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities and product lines to drive revenue growth.
Strategic Planning and Performance:
- Establish and review sales performance metrics aligned with organizational goals.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to shape customer attraction and retention strategies.
- Create vertical business plans to expand into new market sectors.
Marketing and Product Development:
- Develop and implement marketing plans, including product branding and promotional activities.
- Lead new product development initiatives, including OEM products, and manage follow-ups.
- Coordinate with regulatory bodies to ensure compliance in product registration.
- Work with creative agencies to create impactful campaigns and materials.
Operational Coordination:
- Monitor and address gaps in the delivery of services to clients.
- Optimize resource allocation to support business growth.
- Prepare and review sales proposals and tender documents.
Presentations and Market Engagement:
- Conduct sales presentations to clients and stakeholders, showcasing the company’s products and services.
Requirements:
- Language Proficiency: Fluency in English, Mandarin, Malay, and Indonesian to communicate effectively with a diverse regional clientele.
- Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the retail or pharmaceutical sector.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects.
Preferred:
- Background in pharmacy or pharmaceutical sales will be advantageous.
