Responsibilities:
- Oversee the delivery and installation of bag-making machines (industrial machinery) at client sites
- Ensure proper setup and functioning of machinery as per company standards
- Conduct training sessions for clients on the correct operation and maintenance of the equipment
- Provide clear and detailed demonstrations tailored to client needs.
- Address customer inquiries and provide effective solutions for troubleshooting and repairs
- Perform routine maintenance and ensure the longevity of machinery
- Collaborate closely with the technical team at the headquarters in Japan to resolve complex technical issues
- Relay customer feedback to improve product design and performance.
- Any other ad-hoc assigned
Requirements:
Nonexperience is welcome to apply
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address technical issues
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
- Proactive, self-motivated, and customer-oriented mindset
- Willingness to travel internationally as part of the job
- Interest in machinery and Japanese customer service standards
- Proficient in Japanese to liaise with the headquarters in Japan
- Hands-on experience with industrial machinery
