- Communicate and coordinate with building owners (BO) and internal team on daily basis for site access and documentation submission.
- Take minutes of meeting.
- Prepare documents to submit to clients, BO, MCST and other relevant authorities.
- Daily update of trackers/masterlist/namelist and other records and ensure accuracy in reports
- Supporting Administrative Work towards the project
- All other duties assigned by Implementation/Project Manager
Requirement:
- Min N level and above
- Min 1year experience in administrative work
- Good in microsoft excel, words, powerpoint and outlook
- Able to work under pressure
- Independant and good in multi tasking and able to work under pressure
- Singaporean or SPR only
