  • Communicate and coordinate with building owners (BO) and internal team on daily basis for site access and documentation submission.
  • Take minutes of meeting.
  • Prepare documents to submit to clients, BO, MCST and other relevant authorities.
  • Daily update of trackers/masterlist/namelist and other records and ensure accuracy in reports
  • Supporting Administrative Work towards the project
  • All other duties assigned by Implementation/Project Manager

Requirement:

  • Min N level and above
  • Min 1year experience in administrative work
  • Good in microsoft excel, words, powerpoint and outlook
  • Able to work under pressure
  • Independant and good in multi tasking and able to work under pressure
  • Singaporean or SPR only
