KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Achieve or exceed monthly sale target by the management.
- Train, coach, guide & and motivate team to achieve their monthly sales target
- To prepare & ensure accuracy of reports at all times
- Achievement of daily/weekly/ monthly targets and all KPIs set by Management
- To perform the duties assigned as a Duty Floor Manager (DFM)
RESPONSIBILITIES
Team Manager Duties
- Send daily/interim/day end sales update to the management team at the end of each production day.
- Conduct daily morning briefings (sales run rate, talk time and sales conversion rate).
- Checking of all sales submission files to ensure accuracy
- Call calibration- sharing of good quality call to team
- To ensure all compliance requirements are met.
- Review and coaching of agent’s call. Document and identify the gap for improvement.
Monthly duties & reports
- Prepare Agent Sales Report for management weekly sales review
- Campaign/Daily sales report analysis to come up with strategies to boost sales.
Ad-hoc Duties
- Prepare & update agent performance for contract renewal or appraisal.
- Send email to admin regarding withdrawal/additional sale for the team.
- Attending to miscellaneous requests (checking of Cx’s details/photocopy etc.)
REQUIREMENTS
- Preferably with CMFAS BCP, PGI (HI will be an advantage)
- Preferably Diploma holders and above
