Job Responsilities:
- 5 years of experience in legal or compliance industry and overall experience of diverse industries such as ITES, Banking, Real Estate and Education.
- Specialization in Compliance and due diligence relating to the Singapore banking systems including Anti-Money Laundering screening procedures and KYC relating to Anti-Corruption Laws.
- Managing training & development lifecycle, change management, execution & delivery, gap analysis, vendor assessment & management and stakeholder communication.
- Proficient in audit workpapers, documenting audit tests and findings.
- Proficient in establishing internal control systems for audit programs.
- Ability to adapt, resourceful & dynamic with strong interpersonal, communication & problem-solving skills.
- Superior written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.
- Able to manage and update knowledge management systems in line with the quality standards, procedures and process changes.
- Organise quality audits, identify training needs and analyse results to support the wider operation.
- Regular testing, monitoring, reporting and sharing data driven insights with the relevant stakeholders.
- Cross-departmental collaboration.
