Administrative Support

This advertisement is recruiting for the position of Administrative Support.

If successfully selected, you will be seconded to MOE JC located in Sin Ming.

Contract Period: From 02 January 2025 to 31 December 2025 (12 months).

Option to Extend: For a further period of 2 years (24 months) from 1 Jan 2026 to 31 Dec 2026 and from 1 Jan 2027 to 31 Dec 2027.

Personnel to be deployed at the following hours:

  • Mondays to Fridays: 12:30pm to 7:00pm, inclusive of 1hr meal break
  • Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays

The service required are set out as follows :

  1. Ensure that the day-to-day operation and administration of the general office and the school library is efficient and that the system, resources and equipment are well maintained, including:
  • Collating of data for the college
  • Administer daily student loan of laptops, uniforms, etc.
  • Administer daily booking and usage of discussion rooms
  • Administer student / staff information
  • Organise office stores and physical library resources
  • Design and decorate the general office and library spaces
  • Maintain a collection of newspaper articles suitable for use as supplementary resources to support teaching and learning
  • Assist in coordinating with supplier(s) on the delivery of office supplies, teaching resources and library resources
  • Loan of ICT/AV equipment
  • Printing, photocopying and filing of materials
  • Set up refreshments for meetings
  • Any other duties as assigned by AM

The personnel shall minimally have the following qualifications, skills and experience:

  • At least a GCSE O-level certification or equivalent.
  • Proficient in basic IT skills e.g. Microsoft Office and data entry.
  • Meticulous and organised.
  • Communicates well in English and has good interpersonal skills.
  • Preferably with experience in administrative services.
