- Responsible for the full payroll functions of selected companies
- Provide support in leave administration, employee benefits administration, medical claims, work pass applications, WICA, etc.
- Coordinate training and development initiatives, such as CSOC and core trade classes
- Liaise with dormitory operators on workers’ dorm matters
- Manage government-related tasks, including MOM, CPF, IR21, IR8A, government paid leave applications, levy waivers
- Supervise and ensure proper maintenance and control of employees’ data
- Provide end to end recruitment support for all levels of staff, including job advertisement positing, screening and interview scheduling
- On-boarding preparation and orientation
- Managing employee relations, such as grievance handling, disciplinary issues and attending to feedbacks or complaints
- Assist in ad-hoc HR Project and any other assigned duties
Requirement:
- Relevant HR and administration related qualifications
- Minimum diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills / easily connects with people
- Working knowledge of labor regulations and statutory guidelines
