- Handle recruitment process, onboarding and orientation of new staff
- Ensuring all necessary paperwork and work pass are completed accurately and on time
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and programs
- Support HR administrative tasks, such as preparing HR-related reports, maintaining HR files, and updating HR policies and procedures as necessary
- Coordinate and administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other voluntary benefits.
