Working hours: Mon-Fri 9am-6pm
Key Responsibilities:
- Overseeing the finance and accounting functions, and report to Group CFO
- Prepare monthly financial reporting packages and annual reports
- Responsibility for timely, complete and correct month end close process, including timely reporting to corporate and management.
- Implementing new / changing accounting and reporting requirements
- Responsible for cash flow management and monitoring project status
- Prepare the budgetary control
- Liaise bankers, auditors and other professional parties
- Deal with taxation issues
- Review the financial position of the factory in India and Vietnam. Travelling to the factory may be necessary
Qualifications:
- At least 5 year(s) of accounting experience, preferably with International CPA Firm.
- Able to handle full sets of accounts, including preparation of schedules for audit purposes, GST schedules and submission
- Able to handle payroll will be added advantage
