We are seeking a Service Delivery Manager to lead and manage the delivery of IT services, ensuring they align with business needs and deliver exceptional customer value. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT service management, stakeholder engagement, and operational excellence.
Role Details:
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday
- Location: Central, Singapore
- Salary Package: Up to 9k (basic) + AWS
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee end-to-end service delivery, ensuring compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Act as the primary liaison between clients, internal teams, and external vendors to ensure seamless service delivery and issue resolution.
- Develop and implement service delivery strategies, processes, and improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
- Monitor, report, and analyze service performance metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Manage incidents, escalations, and changes in a timely manner, maintaining a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Ensure adherence to ITIL practices and industry best standards in service management.
- Drive continuous service improvement initiatives to optimize resources and processes.
- Prepare and present service delivery performance reports to stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in IT service delivery or service management roles.
- Strong knowledge of ITIL processes; ITIL certification is a plus.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Proven experience in managing teams, vendors, and service contracts.
- Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and meet tight deadlines.
- Experience with service delivery in government or large enterprise environments is an advantage.
