We are looking for a dynamic and experienced EUC Project/Operations Manager to lead the implementation and management of end-user computing (EUC) services. This role demands strong technical expertise, strategic planning, and collaboration skills to drive impactful initiatives and ensure seamless delivery of EUC services.
Role Details:
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday
- Location: Central, Singapore
- Job Type: Contract
- Salary Package: Up to $9,000 (basic) + AWS
Key Responsibilities:
- Translate business requirements into robust infrastructure designs, ensuring availability, capacity, resiliency, security, and continuity.
- Develop and manage project budgets, including forecasts for maintenance contracts.
- Oversee the design, deployment, configuration, and delivery of IT infrastructure projects (desktops, laptops, mobile devices, etc.) in partnership with service providers.
- Ensure efficient daily operations and support for application infrastructure services.
- Collaborate with government agencies and central services teams to deliver government-wide application services.
- Drive new initiatives and service enhancements leveraging EUC technologies.
- Maintain compliance with IM8 and agency IT policies, ensuring alignment with best practices and standards.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer/Electronics Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of proven experience in designing, deploying, and managing enterprise ICT infrastructure for EUC services.
- Strong technical knowledge in EUC technologies, infrastructure security, and mobile device management.
- Prior experience working with government projects or agencies is a significant advantage.
