- Oversee the full spectrum of HR functions in Singapore, including recruitment, internships, onboarding, offboarding, learning and development, payroll, employee relations, and performance management, ensuring compliance with Singapore labor laws and other applicable regulations.
- Support the Group HR Manager in developing and implementing HR policies while ensuring adherence to these policies and practices within the Singapore office.
- Collaborate with the MY Assistant HR Manager to meet all staffing and onboarding requirements for both SG and MY executives and workforce.
- Partner with the SG HR & Admin Team to roll out the new HRIS for Group HR operations across Singapore and Malaysia.
- Assist with internal audits and tasks related to regulatory compliance.
- Foster a cohesive company culture aligned with the group's core values and mission, ensuring consistency in employee engagement and workplace practices.
- Undertake any additional assignments as directed by Senior Management or the Group HR Manager.
Requirements:
- With Diploma or Higher in related field.
- At least 5+ years of experience in related working experience.
- Well-versed in MS Office Applications.
- Excellent communication skills
