Job Description:
- Schedule and confirm patient appointments, ensuring accurate records
- Answer phone calls and respond to patient inquiries about services, appointments, and procedures
- Verify and update patient information, including demographics and insurance details
- Process patient intake forms and ensure all required documentation is completed
- Coordinate with healthcare providers to ensure smooth patient flow and timely appointments
- Collect co-payments, process billing, and handle insurance claims
Requirements:
- Min O / A Levels
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
