Job Responsibilities
- Providing assisted enrolment to patients
- Guiding patients to enrol through healthcare app for patients with Singpass
- Assisting patients to enrol through National CRM for patients without Singpass
- Onboarding patients, including booking of Health Plan related appointments
- Tagging patients on Queue Management System (QMS)
- Answering patients’ queries
Requirements
- Immunisation for Covid/MMR/ Tdap/ Varicella
- Availability to commit to office hours 5.5 days
