Job Description:
- Support engineers in conducting site acceptance tests, commissioning, and start-up for transformers and switchgear. Knowledge of UPS, Low Voltage/Medium Voltage Variable Speed Drives, and PLC systems is a plus.
Perform preventive maintenance, breakdown repairs, fault investigation, and troubleshooting of electrical equipment. - Provide field operations and technical support to customers, helping them identify their needs and offering post-sales service solutions.
- Address on-site repair and maintenance issues, troubleshoot, and effectively resolve technical problems.
- Deliver field feedback to engineering and manufacturing teams to assist in new product development and improvements to existing products.
- Manage the procurement of spare parts from Supplier
Job Requirements:
- Diploma/ITE in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- Relevant experience in technical servicing roles.
- Hands-on experience in customer service with the ability to work independently on-site.
- 1 to 2 years of field service experience in a related industry.
- Strong communication & analytical skills.
- Open to travel on business trips
