Key Responsibilities:
- Daily task to opening accounts and upgrading customer segment
- Process Customer and Account Data Maintenance request for individual customers
- Complete all data maintenance requests with accuracy
- Handle enquiries and escalation from local branches, Business Units and Support/Contact centre
- Prepare and submit management reports to various internal stackholders
- Participate in projects and process improvement initiatives
- Provide leadership and functional guidance to junior staff
Requirement:
- 5+ years of experience in client/account data maintenance
- Ability to multi-task across functions with excellent teamwork skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Strong communication skills
