Role:
CCTV & Security Supervisor
- Project contract based (start from 29 Jan, estimated 27 months until project completion)
- Work Location: Changi Naval Base
- Project Office at (Lavender area)
- Working days: 5.5 days 8am to 5pm, Alt Sat Full Day
- Salary: $1600 to $3000
Requirements
- Degree in Construction Facility Management or equivalent, recognized universities under the BCA with at least 2 years working experience.
- Knowledge and hands-on experience in security systems such as Integrated Security Management Systems, Card Access Control Systems, Intrusion Detection Systems and CCTV systems is a must.
Job scope
• Supervise building CCTV & security system.
• Ensure compliance with CCTV Code & Security requirements.
• Conduct daily check on installation works.
• Conduct coordination work with other trades.
• Assure compliance to code of practice.
• Understand of CCTV & security system operation & function.
• Prepare & submit permit to work application.
• Ensure proper documentation is in order.
• Assist operation & construction team on site activities related to Fire & security system.
• Ensure that works carried out are following the Workplace Safety and Health Act.
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
