- Industry/ Organization Type: Marine Technology Service Provider
- Position Title: Inside Sales Executive
- Working Location: West – Tuas (Nearest MRT: Tuas Link) – Requires taking a few bus stops to reach the company
- Working Hours: 5 days (Mon-Fri: 8.30 am-5.30 pm)
- Salary Package: Up to SGD3000 + AWS + Bonus
- Duration: Permanent
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to email inquiries, including the preparation of quotations and invoices.
- Follow up on inquiries and monitor the status of ongoing communications.
- Prepare delivery orders (DO), packing lists (PL), and proforma invoices (PI).
- Generate and provide reports to clients as required.
- Coordinate project statuses and address urgent needs between suppliers and customers.
- Obtain quotations from suppliers as needed.
- Maintain records of current and forthcoming projects or jobs.
- Facilitate communication regarding work progress between transporters and customers.
- Manage and update payment records, Pursue outstanding payments, Review and approve suppliers' invoices.
- Maintain and update records to track progress across customers, suppliers, and the operations team.
