- Attention to Detail: Requires strong observation skills to ensure each ring meets high quality standards.
- Good Vision: Must have excellent eyesight to inspect fine details in rings.
- Communication Skills: Fluent in billigual proficiency is a plus for diverse client interactions.
- Administrative Tasks: Handle basic duties like tracking orders, scheduling repairs, and managing collections.
- Professional Appearance: Must present a polished, professional image when interacting with clients.
- Client-Focused: Provide top-notch customer service, addressing client inquiries and requests promptly.
- Engraving: Willingness to learn ring engraving (training provided).
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business administration or related field is a plus.
- Previous experience in customer service or administrative roles, preferably in retail or jewelry.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM software.
- Open to OT. Open to 6 days work week/weekend need to work. (working hours more than 44 hours is consider OT)
