Job Scope:

  • Coordinate collection of completed jobs, generate necessary shipping documents, and notify relevant departments.
  • Expedite and verify packing lists and delivery orders, follow up with logistics and finance, and handle incoming deliveries and customs.
  • Oversee “Ship to” items for overseas suppliers and coordinate with packing and production teams.
  • Manage direct and indirect materials, identify and select suppliers, improve supply chain strategies, monitor deliveries, and ensure compliance.
  • Schedule and coordinate truck transportation and driver logistics.
  • Participate in programs like TQM, Lean Manufacturing, and social activities.
  • Manage coupons, reports, transaction entries, visitor reception, calls, courier arrangements, and any assigned duties.
  • Maintain a clean, safe work area, and comply with safety guidelines and company policies.


Requirements:

  • At least 1-2 years of relevant experience
