After confirmation：Typically Work from Home- 2 Days， Work in Office 3 Days Onsite - Monday, Tuesday & Friday (depend on company arrangement)
Incumbent will be in charge of mainly 3 entities :
- Responsible for General Ledger (GL), Fixed Asset and Inventory functions
- Prepare and post journal entries during month end financial close
- Perform variance and trend analysis at entity level
- Responsible for month end closing, yearly financial closing and quarterly reporting
- Correspond and resolve operational issues with various other departments
- Prepare balance sheet schedules
- Prepare quarterly GST submission and attend external bodies enquiries
- Assist in the annual budgeting exercise
- Handle audit and tax matters for the entity
- Any other tasks/projects assigned by Group accountant
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Finance/Accounting
- At least 1-3 years of experience in a similar capacity with knowledge in full set account
- Proficient in MS applications (i.e. Word, Excel pivot table, vlookup, PowerPoint).
- Analytical thinking, detail oriented with good organisational and time management skills
- Effective communication skills for presenting financial data
- SG / PR only.
