Job Overview:
- Provide technical support for internal staff and occasionally for clients. Responsible for troubleshooting, managing IT equipment, and handling onboarding processes. Ensure smooth IT operations within the agency and at client sites as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
- Set up accounts and IT equipment for new hires (onboarding).
- Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, and mobile devices.
- Manage IT inventory and coordinate repairs with vendors.
- Provide on-site support for clients as needed.
- Ensure software updates, system patches, and security protocols are implemented.
- Document support requests and maintain user guides.
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in IT or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in desktop support or IT helpdesk.
- Proficient in Windows/macOS environments, Active Directory, and Office 365.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel for on-site support when required.
