Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and organize laboratory materials, reagents, and samples for experiments.
- Assist in the setup and operation of lab equipment such as precision milling machine, laser cutting machine and 3D printing machine.
- Set up and calibrate laboratory equipment and instruments.
- Conduct routine maintenance and cleaning of laboratory equipment.
- Monitor inventory levels of laboratory supplies and place orders for replenishment when necessary.
- Assist scientists and engineers in research projects and training courses, contributing to experiments and investigations.
- Collect, record, and analyse experimental data using laboratory techniques and instrumentation.
- Prepare and maintain detailed records of experimental procedures, observations, and results.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Certificate or diploma relevant to Computer Numerical Controlled (CNC)
- Previous experience working in a laboratory setting, preferably in a research or academic environment.
- Familiarity with laboratory equipment and instrumentation such as milling machine and microscopes.
