Join our Level 2 Application Support team to ensure 24x6 operational stability for Cash Management and AML systems in the APAC region. The role involves debugging issues, collaborating with teams for resolution, supporting maintenance activities, and driving continuous process improvements.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide application support for Cash Management and AML systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, including root cause analysis.
- Collaborate with internal teams and vendors for issue resolution.
- Support system monitoring, maintenance, and change management.
- Document procedures and train team members for knowledge sharing.
- Contribute to disaster recovery, IT security, and business continuity activities.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
- JAVA/J2EE, WebSphere, Oracle PL/SQL, UNIX/Linux, TIBCO EMS/BW, and ServiceNow.
- Payments, local clearing, AML, and ITIL knowledge.
- Strong analytical, communication, and teamwork abilities.
- 5+ years in Application support, preferably with JAVA/TIBCO or COBOL
