Recruitment Consultant (Property and Construction)

Responsibilities
- Cultivate new relationships and develop business with clients in the property and construction industries. No prior business development (BD) experience is fine. A willingness to learn and grow in BD is essential.
- Identify top talent, research industry trends, and map the market to build a pool of the best candidates for your clients.
- Align candidates with the specific needs of clients, ensuring the perfect match for both talent and organization.
- From sourcing and screening candidates to negotiating offers and managing the onboarding process, you'll handle every step of the recruitment cycle.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients and candidates, acting as a trusted advisor throughout the recruitment process.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, monitor competitor activities, and keep your clients informed about the best recruitment solutions.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of recruitment experience in any industry (property & construction is a plus, but not required).
- Interest in the property and construction industry. We are looking for individuals who are passionate and eager to learn about this dynamic sector.
- Willingness to learn both recruitment and industry knowledge.
- Strong communication skills.
- Self-motivated and resilient.
