Key Responsibilities
- Manage flight and accommodation arrangements for counterparts and international speakers.
- Oversee the planning, execution, and follow-up for the primary conference.
- Organize additional events and activities aligned with the Week's objectives and themes.
- Work on the awards ceremony, including nomination processes, selection, and ceremony planning.
- Develop and implement strategies to promote the event through various channels.
Requirements
- Min Degree.
- Experience in organising events, publicity-related work and/or stakeholder management is a plus point.
