Job Description
- Channel Sales Strategy: Develop and execute sales strategies for compressed air solutions in Singapore, focusing on expanding the channel network.
- Partner Development: Identify and establish new channel partners to drive growth in the market.
- Market Analysis: Conduct business analysis, including SWOT, to assess competition, market trends, and customer feedback.
- Sales Achievement: Build strong relationships with distributors and customers to meet sales targets and drive order generation.
- Support & Reporting: Provide technical support, training, and after-sales service while reporting channel activities, attending events, and collaborating with internal teams.
The Successful Applicant
- About 4 years of B2B Channel Sales Management in the relevant sectors
- Experience in managing the challenges of channel sales with industrial products - air compressors, etc
- Comfortable with a local market portfolio
