About The Role:
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will:
- Manage End-to-End Recruitment: Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for various roles across different industries.
- Build Talent Pipelines: Develop and maintain a strong candidate pipeline through proactive sourcing and networking on platforms such as LinkedIn.
- Conduct Market Research: Perform research to identify market trends, talent insights, and competitive intelligence to inform recruitment strategies.
- Engage with Candidates: Communicate with candidates through various channels (email, phone, LinkedIn) to ensure a positive candidate experience.
- Collaborate with Hiring Managers: Work closely with internal hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide them with qualified candidates.
- Coordinate Recruitment Activities: Schedule and coordinate interviews, assessments, and meetings with candidates and hiring managers.
- Prepare Recruitment Documentation: Assist in the preparation of job descriptions, interview guides, and other recruitment-related documents.
