About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Personal Nanny & Educator to join our family and provide exceptional care and education to our children. This is not a traditional nanny role; we are looking for someone passionate about child development, learning, and nurturing creativity while ensuring the children's safety and well-being.

Responsibilities
- Childcare: Provide attentive and nurturing care to children, including supervising daily routines, meals, and activities.
- Education: Plan and deliver engaging and age-appropriate lessons, incorporating STEM, arts, and languages to foster a love of learning.
- Skill Development: Support children in developing critical thinking, problem-solving, and social skills.
- Outdoor & Extracurricular Activities: Organize outdoor play, sports, and field trips to encourage physical activity and exploration.
- Creative Projects: Encourage creativity through arts, crafts, and music activities.
- Behavioral Guidance: Reinforce positive behavior and manners, helping the children develop emotional intelligence.
- Coordination with Parents: Collaborate closely with parents to align on goals, schedules, and developmental priorities.
- Household Duties (Child-Related): Maintain a tidy and organized environment for the children, including their play areas and learning spaces.
Qualifications
- Education: Degree or certification in Early Childhood Education, Montessori Teaching, or a related field (preferred).
- Experience: Proven experience as a nanny, teacher, or childcare provider, with a focus on education.
