- Lead the development and implementation of EHS policies, risk assessments, and safety programs for a manufacturing facility with clean room operations.
- Ensure compliance with MOM regulations, Fire Safety Act, NEA guidelines, and ISO EHS standards.
- Serve as the Fire Safety Manager (FSM), conducting fire drills and audits to meet SCDF requirements.
- Manage incident investigations to identify root causes and recommend corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Conduct safety briefings, Safety meetings, and internal audits to promote a safe and sustainable workplace.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate EHS best practices into daily operations.
- Monitor and report EHS performance metrics to ensure continuous improvement and regulatory compliance.
- Prepare and submit reports on EHS audits, inspections, and compliance to management.
Requirements
- MOM-registered WSH Officer (WSHO) and SCDF-registered Fire Safety Manager (FSM) certifications.
- At least 5 years of EHS experience in a manufacturing or clean room environment.
- Familiarity with EHS standards (ISO 45001, ISO 14001) and Singapore's environmental regulations.
- Strong expertise in incident management, risk assessment, and fire safety protocols.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to engage and collaborate effectively with stakeholders, including contractors and management.
