We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and executing a variety of marketing activities to drive engagement, boost brand visibility, and support sales efforts.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Content Management: Create, manage, and schedule content for all existing social media platforms to maintain an active and engaging online presence.
  • Campaign Performance Tracking: Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance to optimize results and improve future strategies.
  • Campaign Planning: Develop and implement strategic marketing campaigns to boost user traction, engagement, and brand awareness.
  • Advertisement Management: Plan, create, and manage paid advertisements on social media and digital platforms, ensuring they reach targeted audiences effectively.
  • Monthly Marketing Reports: Compile, analyze, and present monthly marketing reports to update stakeholders on performance, trends, and actionable insights.
  • Event & Promotion Collateral Creation: Design and produce marketing materials for events, seasonal promotions, and campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.
  • Social Media Interaction: Engage with followers on social media platforms by responding to comments, messages, and interactions to maintain a positive brand image.
  • Influencer & Partnership Coordination: Source, engage, and manage relationships with influencers or brand partners to enhance brand exposure and credibility.
  • Market Research: Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and audience behavior to inform marketing strategies and identify opportunities.
  • Email Marketing: Create and send email marketing campaigns, including newsletters and promotions, to engage and retain customers.
  • SEO & Content Optimization: Optimize content for SEO to enhance organic reach and website traffic.
  • Lead Generation: Develop strategies for lead generation and nurturing to support the sales pipeline.
  • Budget Management: Track and manage marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective use of resources and allocation for maximum impact.
  • Brand Consistency: Ensure all marketing activities and materials adhere to brand guidelines, maintaining consistency across platforms.

Requirements:

  • Experience in social media management, digital marketing, and campaign planning.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess campaign effectiveness and interpret data.
  • Ability to create compelling marketing content and visual materials.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills.
  • Creative mindset with a focus on results.
  • Experience with social media management tools, advertising platforms, and analytics software.
  • Knowledge of SEO, content marketing, and lead generation strategies.
