Job Description
- Handle inbound calls for client account servicing, product inquiries, and helpdesk support.
- Follow through on case handling and maintain compliance with confidentiality standards.
- Overtime may be required based on workload.
Job Requirements
- Minimum education of ITE or 'O' levels;. Experience in call centers, banking, or customer service is a plus.
- Positive mindset, strong communication skills, and ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be comfortable with shift work, including weekends and holidays.
