Responsibilities
- Report directly to the Finance Manager and Managing Director.
- Oversee Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable functions.
- Prepare invoices and credit notes promptly.
- Handle daily financial transactions, including cash book and bank book management.
- Liaise with clients and suppliers on payment matters to ensure smooth transactions.
- Perform general administrative duties such as data entry and filing.
- Process petty cash reimbursements for staff expenses.
- Manage all incoming calls and correspondence.
- Undertake any ad-hoc duties assigned by the Management.
Requirements
- Diploma in Accountancy or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in accounting and clerical roles, preferably in the construction or service industries.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is advantageous.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
