EXECUTIVE, MARKETING TECHNOLOGY
Location: Central (Newton)
Working Hours: 5 Days Work Week (Mon-Fri), Office Hours (8.30am to 5.30pm)
Remuneration Package:
- Basic Up to S$ 5,500
- Performance Bonus (~3 months)
- Flexi Dollars (S$ 800)
Seeking a tech-savvy and innovative MarTech Executive to play a pivotal role in driving the integration and optimization of marketing technology solutions to enhance business growth. This position focuses on leveraging data-driven strategies, automation, and innovative tools to streamline marketing processes, improve performance, and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
In this role, you will be leading the integration and optimization of marketing technologies such as analytics platforms, and automation tools to ensure seamless operations across the marketing ecosystem. With a focus on data-driven strategies, you will generate actionable insights, implement workflow automation, and support personalized marketing campaigns while staying ahead of emerging MarTech trends to uncover new growth opportunities.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the implementation, integration, maintenance, and optimisation of MarTech platforms, including CRM systems, automation tools, and analytics software.
- Analyze marketing and customer data to generate actionable insights and improve campaign performance.
- Implement workflow automation using tools such as Zapier, AppScript, and RPA to improve marketing efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver hyper-personalized campaigns and innovative digital solutions.
- Support digital engagement strategies by optimizing content and user experiences across owned channels, including eDMs, social media, and websites.
- Stay updated on MarTech trends and test innovative solutions to elevate marketing performance.
Requirements:
- At least a Bachelor’s degree in IT or a related field
- Candidates with limited exposures and is interested in marketing & data analytics are welcomed to apply
- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in a MarTech-focused role.
- Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Dynamics, Freshsales), analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Looker Studio), and marketing automation tools.
- Strong skills in automation and integration platforms like Zapier, AppScript, and RPA.
- Strong skills in website content management tools (wordpress, webflow)
- Prior experience in implementing marketing automation and hyper-personalized campaigns
