Lead the implementation and configuration of SaaS and COTS products to meet organizational needs.
Customize software solutions to align with business processes and technical requirements.
Ensure smooth integration of new systems with existing infrastructure, data sources, and third-party applications.
Develop custom scripts or configurations as needed to optimize performance and user experience.
Ensure robust integrations between the SaaS/COTS solutions and other enterprise systems.
Experience and skills requirements
Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information/Infocomm Technology, Computer or Electronics Engineering or related discipline. Must have minimum 3 years of working experience in this role.
Proficiency in configuring and customizing SaaS platforms like Salesforce, ServiceNow, Workday, MS Power Platform or others.
Experience with COTS solutions across multiple industries (e.g. ERP, CRM). Strong understanding of system integration, APIs, and middleware technologies. Knowledge of software development (Python, JavaScript, SQL) for customizations. Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
