Our client, a leader in APAC's digital media solutions, is renowned for pioneering first-to-market media innovations. They are ranked second globally and they hold world-class ISO certifications for quality in media systems and products. With a vast and established customer base, they are seeking a Sales Support Executive to join their team and contribute to their ongoing success.
Location: MacPherson (5 mins walk from Tai Seng MRT)
Working hours: Monday - Friday, 9.00am to 6.00pm
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for providing administrative and clerical support to Sales Team
- Handle sales enquiries, communicate and coordinate sales-related issues with customers and overseas offices
- Preparing quotations, reports and other sales-related document
- Sales order follow up and liaise with internal departments to ensure smooth delivery
- Other ad hoc projects as assigned
Requirements:
- Min Degree in Business Management or related fields
- Possess work experience in pre-sales support or sales is a good bonus (Fresh graduates will also be considered)
- Independent, self-motivated, well organized, highly responsible and detail minded
- Strong problem-solving skills and an ability to adapt in a fast paced, dynamic team environment
- Strong multi-tasking ability and a good team player
