The Role
Reporting to the VP Group Treasury and managing a team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining the treasury infrastructure including relationship with banks & external service providers, KYC requirements, improvement, automation and digitalization of treasury operations. Other key treasury operations include payment and receipts processing, financial transactions approval and settlements, cash and cashflow reporting, supporting treasury related work for month end closing and year end audits. You will also be maintaining and updating cashflow, funding forecast, work closely with risk management team on updating FX and other financial risk exposure, arrange bank guarantees, LCs and short-term credit facilities. Review capital structure, recommend intercompany settlement or dividend distribution. Review and report financial ratio, treasury performance of the portfolio. Last but not least, to provide mentorship and build a high performing team.
Your Profile
To qualify for this role, you must have a Degree in Accountancy/Business/Finance with minimum 10 years of relevant treasury operations experience from large MNCs. It is essential to have prior supervisory experience. We are looking for a critical thinker with strong leadership, problem solving capabilities as well as an effective communicator.
