Job Responsibilities:
- Design, optimize, and maintain VMware/Omnissa Horizon and Citrix platforms.
- Manage secure remote access solutions (F5/APM, Omnissa UAG).
- Collaborate with global teams to resolve issues and drive innovation.
- Document system configurations and ensure compliance with standards.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent.
- 5+ years in VMware/Omnissa Horizon Suite (AppVolumes, UAG), Citrix DDC, and Windows 10/11.
- Strong knowledge of remote access technologies and protocols.
- Proficient in troubleshooting and problem-solving.
- Experience with F5/APM, AVI load balancers, iGel Thin Client OS, ChromeOS, and PING/SAML authentication.
- Familiarity with secure remote access architecture.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
