Responsibilities:
- Focusing on lead generation, sales opportunity qualification, and fostering customer relationships.
- Identify new business opportunities through inbound and outbound sales activities.
- Qualify leads by understanding customer needs and aligning them with the company’s solutions.
- Conduct customer calls to assess and qualify potential opportunities.
- Schedule introductory meetings with the Sales team.
- Act as the first point of contact for customers, offering solutions and a stellar customer experience.
- Work closely with the Marketing team to enhance campaign performance and lead-scoring accuracy.
- Collaborate with Sales to strategically target key accounts.
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through early-stage opportunity nurturing.
- Record lead and prospect activity for effective lead management.
- Meet or exceed monthly opportunity quotas and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Requirements:
- Diploma and above
- Lead generation experience, inside sales experience will be a plus point
- Comfortable with desk bound role
- Experience in tech sector or automation Industry
