Job Description & Requirements
- Supervise and coordinate activities of workers
- Instruct workers in duties, safety procedures, and company policies
- Record information, such as production output, operating times, and labor costs
- Maintain quality control and production records
- Schedule work assignments and prepare work schedules
- Evaluate work performance, and recommend personnel actions, such as promotions, transfers, and dismissals
- Oversee maintenance of greenhouses and equipment
- Confer with other supervisors to coordinate activities of individual departments
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Experience in a production environment (Mechanical and Electrical works)
- Experience managing workers
- Knowledge of plant operation
- Ability to monitor and maintain safety protocols
