Job Responsibilities:
- Advise the HR Business Partners and business leaders on rewards practices, programs and policies.
- Review and implement compensation & benefits strategies.
- Manage annual compensation and promotion review process.
- Involved in performance management and manpower cost budgeting.
- Mentor and guide team.
Job Requirement
- A relevant Degree with at least 15 years of experience as a Rewards or C&B specialist in the HR department.
- At least 3 years of experience leading a team.
- Good stakeholder management skills.
