Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Operations Manager in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the contact centre.
- Provide coaching and training to team members to ensure consistent performance and development.
- Conduct regular transaction monitoring and call reviews to uphold quality standards and compliance with procedures.
- Develop and implement training plans to address skill gaps and enhance team capabilities.
- Ensure fair and consistent performance management, including addressing performance lapses with appropriate measures.
- Collaborate across departments to optimize business processes and improve efficiency.
- Achieve operational targets within budget and service level agreements.
- Prepare and deliver daily, weekly, and monthly client reports, including monthly business reviews.
- Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
- A Diploma or higher qualification.
- At least 2 years of supervisory experience, preferably in a contact centre or customer service environment.
- Tech-savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a creative and solutions-driven mindset.
- Positive attitude with the ability to motivate teams to achieve business objectives.
- Demonstrated leadership and people management skills.
