Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and maintain scalable and secure cloud infrastructure on AWS.
- Manage and deploy applications using containerization technologies, with a strong focus on Red Hat OpenShift.
- Develop and optimize CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins to ensure smooth and efficient delivery of software releases.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure and deployment issues.
- Implement and manage Nginx configurations for load balancing, reverse proxy, and other web server-related tasks.
- Ensure the security, availability, and performance of production systems.
Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum7 years experience as an AWS DevOps Engineer
- Proven experience as a DevOps Engineer in Singapore public sector or Financial Institution is a plus
- Hands-on experience of AWS services and infrastructure as code (IaC) principles.
- Expertise in containerization technologies, especially RedHat OpenShift and/or Kubernetes
- Proficient in scripting languages such as Python, Shell, or Bash.
- Strong knowledge of CI/CD concepts and hands-on experience with Jenkins pipelines.
- Familiarity with Nginx for web server configurations and optimizations.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- AWS or other relevant certifications are a plus.
