Job Description
- RFA/RFI/CVI submission for approval.
- Audit/Site inspection reports closure.
- To obtain approval for relevant samples/materials testing from Architect/Consultants.
- Oversee all architectural finishes works on site
- Review projects specifications, technical clarifications and construction drawings
- Carry out architectural work scheduling, material requistion, cost control, project supervision and documentation
- Coordinate with Architect, Structural and M&E staff members and sub-contractors to resolve related issue
- Ensure quality of work is in compliance with safety regulations
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma in Architectural or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years of experience in local architectural work
- Knowledge in CONQUAS scheme
- Able to lead and work independently
