Job duties:
- Managing preventive maintenance for mechanical & electrical work with sub con for fire protection, air compressor, ejector pump & air con.
- Coordinating with sub con to perform waste management, renovation, cleaning & landscaping
- Changing fitting & light tubes, installing power points & conducting basic troubleshooting and corrective maintenance
- Routine inspection for facilities everyday & recoding meter reading for water & electricity consumption
- Ensuring compliance for safety & security and responding to emergency & fire drill exercise
- Experience in facilities management & mechanical and electrical equipment
