Key Responsibilities:
- Take full responsibility for project planning, execution, and completion within the agreed schedule and budget.
- Optimize the use of resources to achieve project goals efficiently.
- Act as the primary liaison with clients, building management, consultants, and contractors.
- Conduct regular site meetings and inspections to provide progress updates, monitor quality, and ensure compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements.
- Track and report on project milestones, addressing any delays or deviations from the plan.
- Ensure contractors and site teams adhere to the agreed schedule and quality benchmarks.
- Analyze and interpret construction drawings, providing actionable insights.
- Prepare clear and concise reports, documenting progress, challenges, and resolutions.
- Conduct inspections to ensure all work meets the organization’s quality standards.
- Identify and resolve potential issues proactively to maintain project integrity.
- Coordinate with site staff and project teams to ensure seamless communication and task alignment.
- Support and motivate team members to achieve project objectives effectively.
Requirements:
- Experience with stakeholder management and project documentation.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret construction drawings accurately.
- Excellent writing, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong multitasking abilities to manage tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in project management software and tools.
