Our client is an MNC Design Consultancy with offices across Singapore, India, Australia, US, and Europe. Currently, they are looking for a Interior Designer to support the growth of our client’s interior design capabilities.
Responsibilities
- Overseeing design projects from concept to completion
- Maintaining high standards of design and client satisfaction
- Present design proposals and make adjustments based on client feedback
- Conduct site visits and inspections
- Create detailed drawings, renderings, and specifications for projects
- Reviews drawings with the Designer and Documentation Team Supervisor for quality, buildability and coordination
- Oversees all aspects of the day-to-day management of projects
Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Interior design / Architecture design / Civil / Construction Engineering or a related field
- Minimum 8 years of project management in commercial offices
- Well versed in dealing with building management & BCA
- Strong knowledge of building processes, codes, and licensing requirements
- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar tools
- Corporate workplace projects / public spaces / commercial office projects experience
- Site supervisor for relevant projects can be consider for the position
- Working arrangement :comfortable WFH permanently but need to go to site for work purposes when there is a need to
