· 准备并烹饪多种中式菜肴,包括但不限于炒菜、饺子、汤类和面条。
· 确保厨房内保持最高的食品安全和卫生标准。
· 与厨房团队合作,策划和开发新的菜单项目。
· 监控库存并协助订购所需的食材。
· 保持厨房及工作区域的清洁和整齐。
· 协助培训初级厨房员工和实习生。
要求:
· 最低需具备N水准或同等学历,将视为额外优势
· 具有餐饮业经验者优先考虑
